The Farmhouse in Vermont

We did find the farmhouse where we will be for the next week. It has turned out to be even better than I would have ever imagined. It is absolutely the coolest house I have ever been to. The kids have had the best time. There is so much room to spread out and the kids love the two stories and all the hiding places. They did a wonderful job restoring it. They kept all the original doors from the house and sanded them down to their natural state and you can still see some of the paint in the cracks. All the door knobs are original. There are several floors that are the original floors as well. The house has so much character .... unbelievable. We met some friends here .... I think the kids are naming the cows!! And the cows follow the kids along the fence whenever they are outside! They think that is the best!!!! The fence is electric. So far, we haven't had any problems with anyone PARTICULAR forgetting and grabbing the fence!! Keep your fingers crossed! :) LOL!! We met the man who comes to take care of the animals. He was a very nice man. He was a big guy .... Jack's response was, "He's a farmer? He looks more like a pro wrestler!"
