After the Bennington Battle ....
We headed up the street to one of the oldest churches in town. They still meet and have services weekly. It was a very beautiful old church. I walked through the cemetery alone and took some pictures. Many of the men in the battle were buried here. Also, the grave of Robert Frost is here as well. So I walked down through there alone. Well, I sort of walked down through there with a lot of tourists that arrived on a bus. Lots of them ..... Scott and the kids were still in the church probably hanging from the banisters. I chose to leave on that note .... whose kids are those anyway ... never seen them ... especially that little squirrelly one ... but the story gets much more interesting as the day went on. We went from interest to sheer boredom and it didn't seem to take long. The kids resorted to picking leaves by the end and making a collection!!
